Standard Delivery Information
Our Standard Delivery is FREE for orders over £40 and costs just £3.95 for orders under £39. Standard delivery is available right across the UK and we are delighted to be one of the few companies not to charge extra for Non UK Mainland addresses.
We use a variety of couriers, the most suitable of which is chosen on your behalf based on your location and the service you have selected. Our couriers include, but are not limited to, UPS, Royal Mail and Parcelforce.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 working days from despatch.
Tracking numbers where applicable are sent to you by default.
A signature may be required upon delivery so please ensure somebody is available at the address to sign for the package.

Please note that if you are ordering from outside the UK, you are responsible for finding out the Laws of importing our goods in your country. If you do not receive your goods due to confiscation, 420 cannot be liable for failure to deliver or for refunding.
Delivery times are subject to customs inspection. There may also be duty and taxes payable, which may extend the delivery process. These are payable by the customer and not by 420.

RETURNS
After receiving your order, if you are not satisfied then simply return it to us for a refund.
Please return any unwanted items in their original packaging and condition.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to inform 420 about a Return.
After this date, you have an additional 14 days to send back the goods. If you need to return your order please contact us for a Returns authorisation code and our returns address.
Refunds & Exchanges will be processed within 3 days of receipt.
You will be refunded the same method as you made payment.
