Our Standard Delivery is FREE for orders over £40 and costs just £3.95 for orders under £39. Standard delivery is available right across the UK and we are delighted to be one of the few companies not to charge extra for Non UK Mainland addresses.
We use a variety of couriers, the most suitable of which is chosen on your behalf based on your location and the service you have selected. Our couriers include, but are not limited to, UPS, Royal Mail and Parcelforce.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Orders are usually delivered within 2-3 working days from despatch.
Tracking numbers where applicable are sent to you by default.
A signature may be required upon delivery so please ensure somebody is available at the address to sign for the package.

RETURNS
After receiving your order, if you are not satisfied then simply return it to us for a refund.
Please return any unwanted items in their original packaging and condition.
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to inform 420 about a Return.
After this date, you have an additional 14 days to send back the goods. If you need to return your order please contact us for a Returns authorisation code and our returns address.
Refunds & Exchanges will be processed within 3 days of receipt.
You will be refunded the same method as you made payment.
